People liked all the wines, but 2017 Brigaldara Valpolicellawas the clear purchase favorite. It offered a lot of pure enjoyment for a very low price.

People found the other wines as advertised. The 2016 Louis Moreau Chablis was a classic presentation in a lighter, more delicate vein. The 2017 Bodegas La Val Licia Albarino was richer but with a mineral, crisp edge, that made it a good companion to seafood also
The 2016 Bernard Gripa St Peray Les Pins was richer and perhaps a more serious wine, with deeper layered flavors.
Some people were not prepared for the slight sweetness in the 2017 WWe Dr. Thanisch Erben Thanisch Riesling Kabinett;. Recalibrating, it is a sweet, sophisticated wine for sipping by itself, or with spiced East Asian foods.
