We are very pleased to welcome again our friend, ex-music entrepreneur Jay Boberg - he's the good looking guy on the left - who is the partner of Jean Nicolas Meo of Burgundy’s notable Meo-Camuzet estate in what has become one of the more renowned and one of our favorite estates in Willamette Valley, Nicholas-Jay makes wines of substance, which at the same time are some of the most expressive in Willamette.
The dinner will consist of five courses and six of Nicholas Jays fine wines paired with Margeaux’s fine cooking. The menu will be:
