 We have gotten together with Chef William Kovel to create repast so indulgent that it will sweep away your significant other. No main squeeze - no problem. There will be a lively group table for the single, the polyamorous, and any others not a deux. Who knows what magic these wines and plates might lead to?

 

Get a kick from champagne...

As you come in, there will be four select grower champagnes to sample, when we are seated, try a non vintage Brut from one of the best major houses along with some of Chef William's signature canapes .

 

What could be more elegant than burgundy...

....except Catalyst's sumptuous winter menu?

Compare and contrast how the crispness of Chablis versus the breadth of St, Veran complements fresh Jonah crab. Does salmon prefer pinot noir or  chardonnay? Decide for yourself.  Then take a heady turn with Beef Tournedos and a premier cru Pommard, both deep, dark, and delicious.

 

And what would Valentine's Day be without chocolate?
