Sammy Karachi is the man representing Highland Park & Macallan locally. He has great knowledge and really shows the brands at their best. Both distilleries produce wonderful whisky and we will taste some great single malts. Each tastings will last for about an hour and feature the same whiskies, so pick whichever time works best for you.
